Microhome Competition in Tamagawa.

Microhome Competition in Tamagawa.

A compact retreat conceived as a temporary dwelling for a young couple, where living, resting, and working coexist within a minimal 25m² footprint. The project explores the presence of an underlying anima—a subtle atmosphere that emerges through proportion, light, and spatial continuity. Rather than defining functions rigidly, the space allows for shifting uses, revealing hidden qualities over time. It seeks to capture something unnamed yet familiar, a quiet essence that becomes perceptible in relation to those who inhabit it.

We take on a limited number of projects each year. If your project aligns with our approach, we'd be glad to hear from you.
