Cafe base in Chogo, Fujisawa.
Interior design of a café located in Fujisawa, Japan. In this project, we explored how a small café space could become flexible and socially active through simple architectural strategies. By introducing modular furniture, we allowed the interior to adapt to different uses throughout the day, supporting both individual moments and group interactions. Openings were carefully framed to bring natural light deep into the space, while materials were selected to create a warm and calm atmosphere. Outside, linear seating elements extend the experience to the street, encouraging people to gather, pause, and engage. Through minimal interventions, the project transforms an ordinary environment into a place that invites connection and everyday use.

We take on a limited number of projects each year. If your project aligns with our approach, we'd be glad to hear from you.
